Find a meeting time that works across Idaho's two time zones
Moscow and Coeur d'Alene run on Pacific time; Boise and Idaho Falls run on
Mountain. Add your people, paint their weekly availability (or paste busy blocks
from an .ics file), and this tool ranks the slots where the most people are free —
shown in each person's local time, daylight-saving aware.
- Add people — name, location (quick pick or any IANA zone), required or optional.
- Set availability — drag on the weekly grid (in each person's own local time), or import busy blocks from
.ics. - Pick a slot — click a heatmap cell or ranked slot, then export an
.icsinvite or copy a summary.
Planning week & meeting settings
Choose which week to plan and set the constraints for suggested slots.
Working hours are applied in each participant's own local time, so a 9–5 window means 9–5 wherever they are. The buffer requires each required person to be free for that many minutes before and after the meeting. Slots are evaluated in 15-minute steps.
Participants
Add everyone who needs to be in the room. Mark who is required vs. optional.
No participants yet. Add at least two people (in different time zones) to see the heatmap.
Weekly availability
Click-drag on a person's grid to paint free time (green). Grey = busy.
Or paste busy blocks from an .ics file.
Combined availability heatmap
Each cell shows how many people are free at that real instant, displayed in the reference zone. Warmer = more people available. Click a cell (or press Enter) to choose the slot.
Chosen slot
The meeting in every participant's local time. Export the .ics invite or copy the
plain-text summary — both act on this chosen slot.
Best slots
Ranked: all required people present first, then most optional people. Adjacent equal-score starts are merged into one window. Each slot is shown in every participant's local time, DST-aware.
