Joe VanDroid, the new AI chatbot for IT issuesJoe VanDroid, an AI chatbot based on technology from Gravyty, is available at the IT support portal to help with basic tasks or to quickly allow for help ticket creation and routing to those who can help resolve IT problems. Still in beta mode, JoeVanDroid is learning and improving every day.
